2019 Intentions

Growing entails getting grounded while simultaneously expanding and elevating. ๐ŸŒฑ One typically seems easier than the other. In yoga we practice this balance, this equanimity. โš–๏ธ We begin to master the observance of this tug of war, without a stake in the win, nor the loss, of either side. โ˜ฏ๏ธ A tie would be the best outcome. ๐Ÿ† Rooting myself into place often feels much easier than reaching for more, thereโ€™s a safety and security in what โ€œisโ€, what is tangible. ๐Ÿ’‘๐Ÿ‘ ๐ŸŽ“๐Ÿ  I chose, rather, to use the physical to gain the non-physical. โ›ช๏ธ๐Ÿ’“๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผโ˜ฎ๏ธ I continue to use my yoga practice to find harmony between my heart โ™ฅ๏ธ and mind ๐Ÿ™‡๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ and to connect with Source energy, with God โœ๏ธ. My intention this year is to practice staying in the vortex ๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ, and using every incident which brings me out ๐Ÿค•, as a positive reminder that I have more work to do ๐Ÿค—. As my vibration increases ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ, those people and opportunities that are not in alignment with my higher living fall away ๐Ÿšท and I begin to have only relationships and experiences that best serve me. What is your intention๐Ÿคท๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ? โ€œIt's motive alone that gives character to the actions of men.โ€ Jean de la Bruyere
